Caviar & foie gras

Adamas is an exclusive Italian caviar that represents excellence in caviar 100% made in Italy.
The sturgeons breed in Italy close to Pandino in the province of Cremona, in a natural park near the river Tormo, one of the few unspoiled places in the Lombardy region. The sturgeon are carefully selected, they are fed with GMO free feed to get the production of caviar realized by the best master salters using the traditional method of processing “Malossol” that guarantees the purest quality .
In the store there’s quality Black Adamas, obtained by sturgeon Ancipenses Baerii, the diameter of the egg is between 2.5 and 3 mm, the color is gray and the taste is fine and elegant.

This is a product of excellence in food specialties. JdC, made in Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the company has studied the recipe and production technology of  ‘traditional French patè.
The product is very fine grained,  of firm consistence, and perfectly spreadable.
Available in glass terrines and torches.
